Singing bowls originate from the Himalayas and are found throughout Nepal, Tibet and Northern India. Each handmade bowl is in itself unique. The natural and harmonious sound emitted by singing bowls is used to invoke a deep state of relaxation which assists meditation. Each Singing bowl comes with a wooden stick.

Prayer flags can be seen hanging everywhere in the Himalayas. Around the temples, outside houses and on the roofs, even on the highest Himalayan Mountains. They fly the prayers to the heavens via a “Wind Horse” often featured in the centre of each flag.

These are traditionally used by Tibetan Buddhists to mark the beginning and end of meditation. They act as excellent space clearers or cleansers and help the mind to become free of negative thoughts. Similar in use to the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tingsha’s are also made of seven metals and are wonderful meditation tools. Hand cast, each one is decorated with Tibetan good luck symbols.
